Step 2: Building & Site Prep
Once you’re happy with the design and a deposit is placed, our team will get to work scheduling your site preparation and building your structure.
Step 3: Delivery
Once your structure is complete our dispatcher will schedule your delivery date! See how we deliver your shed and our commitment to getting it to you safely.

Lapp Structures proudly delivers custom-built sheds and backyard structures nationwide, though size restrictions may apply. However, due to transportation costs, delivery becomes significantly more expensive the farther you are from our headquarters. We primarily serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. If you’re located outside our main service area, we may be able to connect you with a trusted dealer in our network who is closer to you. Contact us to explore your options and find the best solution for your location!
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing options through Lendmark Financial. Typically these unsecured loans cover a maximum of $8,000. For financing needs greater than $8,000, we recommend our client’s speak with their bank of choice to explore other financing options.

What kind of foundation should I have for my new shed?
